Prices shown above include

• Electricity and water consumptions. Use of the swimming pool exclusively riserve to our guests.  
• Apartments rental: Kitchen gas included.

 

Booking conditions

• Check in: from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. - please contact us for different check in time Check out: from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
• To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount due. The deposit can be sent through bank transfer or giving us the details of a valid credit card.
• The remaining 70% must be paid upon the arrival at the hotel & residence. Please note that you also must provide our staff with a copy of a valid document of each people accommodating at the hotel & residence.
• For rentals of a week or longer we require a caution deposit of 200,00 Euro which will be given back before you leave and however after that our staff have verified that no damage has been done to the apartments and the accessories.

 

Cancellation policies

• Up to 30 days before the date of arrival no cancellation penalty.
• For cancellations received in the last 30 days before the date of arrival we keep the deposit of 30%.
