Home of the European Tour Ladies Italian Open from 1999 to 2003, Poggio dei Medici golf course is one of most beautiful golf courses of Tuscany. The golf course, situated just 5 km from our hotel & residence, is set in a wonderful valley surrounded by sweet hills where the 18 holes – par 73 – wind along the many small rivers and lakes.

The Club House of Poggio dei Medici Golf Club is located in a suggestive ancient Villa while, close to the practice area is the new building with the secretary’s office, the Pro Shop, the restaurant, the bar and the locker rooms.

Considered one of the most prestigious Italian golf course by the important magazine “Il Mondo del Golf”, it has been recently awarded as “The best Golf Club” by the renowned Condè Nast magazine, overcoming other famous golf courses such as the K Club in Ireland and the Greebrier in the U.s.a.
